No Limits Community Rides
We host a series of community group cycle rides, called "Let's Ride" activities, which are free and open to anyone who is interested in participating. These rides provide a fun and supportive environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to come together and enjoy the many benefits of cycling.
Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just starting out, No Limits To Health's "Let's Ride" activities are the perfect opportunity to get out and explore the great outdoors, make new friends, and improve your physical and mental health. FAQs
What should I wear?
Please wear suitable cycling clothing if you wish to take part. i.e cycling bottoms/tracksuit bottoms, trainers, cycling shoes. Helmets are compulsory for children and young people under the age of eighteen.
Do I bring my own bike?
For all our led rides you may bring your own bike or loan a bike from No Limits for free. Your bike must be in full working condition with both brakes and gears working.
How much does it cost?
Currently our rides are free! We want to make it widely accessible to all. However if you are able to contribute and help toward our running costs we would be grateful you can make a donation here.
