To enable children, young people, and adults to experience the joys and benefits of cycling for health, wellbeing, sport & leisure; by bicycle or assisted powered cycles.
Mission
A) To create No Limits To Health & Wellbeing Cycle Hubs based in various locations including Wolverhampton, The Black Country & Birmingham to provide cycling activities that attract:
- Children & Young People
- Local families
- Senior Citizens
- People in pursuit of increased physical and mental health & wellbeing
- Disabled people referred by NHS looking for gentle rehab on specially adapted bikes
- Tourists & visitors to Wolverhampton, The Black Country, and the West Midlands including Birmingham
B) Empowering more young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into competitive cycling through the ‘Major Taylor Initiative’
Our Core Activities
- No Limits To Health “Let’s Ride” activities. These monthly rides are free for all who are able to join in.
- No Limits Dr Bike Sessions - Prearranged or booked cycle inspection and repair sessions for minor bike-related issues that can be repaired on the spot
- Local Heritage Bike Tours. For a reasonable charge, participants will visit sites within the West Midlands and beyond that are of importance in preserving the heritage of the local area visited.
- No Limits to Health School Cycle Residentials. Aimed at young people aged 11 - 21 in mainstream or special education or attending a local youth club or church youth group.
